I just now switched over to Progressive Insurance and purchased my policy from First Trust Insurance offices located on Redd Road. The entire office staff were friendly and professional. From the front reception desk I was greeted by Pilar. I came in person to get a quote and pay. I was attended quickly and I didn’t have an appointment so I was very impressed that I just walked in and was promptly helped out by Elizabeth. She took down all my information and then one of the agents came to review and explain the coverages for my auto insurance. Jose Luis Arias explained everything in detail and offered best advice on coverages. I had been with Farmer’s Insurance for many years and I had never heard my coverages explained with detail like Mr. Arias explained. Not only did I get better coverage but I paid at least 1/3 of what I was being charged by Farmer’s. I saved almost $800 for 6 months of coverage. I’m going to be referring other family members to switch. I started out just wanting to get a quote from Progressive mainly because I’m a big fan of their commercials but now I can say that I’m a fan of all the office staff at First Trust Insurance.
